Alexandra speaks with Ed Smith. Ed is a food writer, speaker, consultant and trained chef. His first recipe book, On The Side, is a sourcebook of 140 inspiring side dishes. He regularly writes for Borough Market’s online magazine and print magazines, and is also the author of The Borough Market Cookbook; recipes and stories from a year at the market, which was published in October 2018.
