On Episode #2 we dive further into the world of clusters, examining how to manage their growth and hopefully putting to rest the notion that clusters can be built from nothing. Then we turn to the town of Stratford, Ontario, home of the world famous Stratford Shakespeare festival as well as pop star Justin Bieber's home town. Looking at the city as a case study in cluster growth, we see that the Bard and the Biebs have more in common than many would think. Clusters and Competitiveness is produced by the Institute for Competitiveness & Prosperity, a Canadian think tank based in Toronto.
