Kyra is a Human Capital Consulting Manager, specializing in DEI, and former City Year Corps Member, Team Leader, and Staff Member. Kyra started her service with City Year in the City of Chicago, after graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in Cultural Anthropology. After her back-to-back Corps years serving as an AmeriCorps member and then as a Team Leader, Kyra would stay with the organization as Corps Operations Manager, overseeing logistics and compliance for Corps Members in City Year Chicago. After completing a stint in executive talent acquisition, she would start her consulting career. Kyra consults in Government and Public Services, where she specializes in Deloitte’s culture change methodology, mentorship, and the future of the workplace post-COVID.
