In this episode, she talks Will and Dan through her journey to the top of the UK banking sector, and speaks about the challenges of starting something new.
During her career, Jayne-Anne has worked closely with two of Britain's best-known businessmen, Fred Goodwin of RBS and Virgin tycoon Sir Richard Branson. Our interviewee makes shock claims about both men. Jayne-Anne says Goodwin is "nowhere near as bad as the press would have you believe", and presents evidence to suggest that Branson might not be as much of a party animal as his reputation would suggest.
Jayne-Anne also speaks out about sexism in the City, and why she thinks successful ladies are often labelled as "bloody difficult women".
"Can I ask you a personal question? (with Will and Dan)" is presented by Will Turvill and Dan Hully, and is produced by Luke Garratt.
