Has your kid’s eating gotten weird? Are they exercising more? Are you worried they might have issues with food or their body? Millie Thomas gets it and can help you figure out what’s going on.

Millie is a certified Eating Disorder Recovery coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner who battled Anorexia Nervosa for 15 years and nearly lost her life to the illness. She works with Sunshine Coast based charity endED where she has been involved in numerous projects including the establishment of Australia’s first residential eating disorders facility ‘Wandi Nerida’ and the podcast – “End Eating Disorders” by Castco media. In 2020 she also launched her private practice HealED.
