Welcome back, family! This week we sit down with Jojo who shares with us some insight into his search process and criteria for finding an effective therapist. He discusses how vulnerability can be tough, but also speaks to the rewards that can come from accepting challenges throughout the process and recognizing how his commitment to therapy directly impacts his ability to sit with tough feedback, feelings, and challenges in session. Jojo ventures into some REAL TALK and truly opens himself up so that we can understand more about what our own mental health and therapy journeys could potentially look like--and for that, we are grateful! This ain't an episode y'all wanna miss!
