Ben is a storyteller by training, he gave up his career as a reporter, editor and foreign correspondent to pursue an executive life – as publisher of The Economist online, as head of corporate and digital marketing at IBM, as IBM's chief communications officer, and as a vice president of product management at PayPal. Along the way, Ben discovered how to build organizations that can sustain learning, adapt to change and create for the future. Today, Ben consults with businesses to help them adopt the very best practices in marketing, design, product management and software development; coach executives, teams and private clients on everything from leadership to grief and loss; and speak and write about what he's learning along the way.
