So today on the podcast we have Morgan and Hayes and she was introduced to me through my friend, Laura McPhee, who actually did a podcast with not too long ago. So you can check that out if you haven't yet.It's, it's a pretty good one. And Laura is an inspiring person and I'm sure she's inspired you, Morgan. So Morgan, I don't know a whole lot about you. I know that you're well versed in mobility and exercise a little bit limitation, breath work, and probably a whole lot of other stuff. So I'll let you introduce yourself.So, Morgan, who are you? What do you do and where do you come from? Morgan: [00:03:52] Awesome. Well, thank you so much first for having me on here. Um, like you said, my name is Morgan. Um, I am an injury rehabilitation specialist. My background is in athletic training and then when I graduated, I kind of took a. Different route and decided I really wanted to help people live a healthier life.Just feel more empowered and, um, regained control of their health and teach them how to do that, to become more self sufficient. So it's just been something I've been very passionate about for about the last. Five years. Yeah, five years. And I've, I'm just trying to grow and expand and just, um, grow my impact and just teach more people that you don't have to live in.The story that someone told you, you know, like a diagnosis is not a life sentence. You are able to control your health and change your health, but you just have to decide, you have to educate yourself and then decide that you want to do that. Jordan: [00:04:44] Yeah, that's such a key thing is literally, I was actually just talking about that with somebody.Today is how the power in deciding what you want for yourself. And setting an intention really goes a long way because that's the spark that's going to fuel your action. That's going to be what, um, allows yourself to be around the people who you need to make those transformations in your life.
