In this episode we have Olympian Nadia Eke on the podcast sharing her journey and story with Coach Beas. Nadia is an accomplished athlete and scholar, graduating from Columbia University where she competed on the Track and Field team. Nadia represented Ghana in the 2020 Olympics in the Triple Jump.
Nadia speaks to her journey in breaking barriers with excellence, and how she continuously works to showcase that it is possible to be multi faceted, and strive for greatness in not just one area. Working full time, studying full time, and training full time - Nadia remarks on what drove (and continues to drive) her and how she was able to define excellence for her vision.
