Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Autodesk, a global leader in 3D design software, Elisabeth plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's customer-centric initiatives. Her responsibilities encompass a wide spectrum of customer-facing functions. She oversees a substantial portfolio, including managing a $2.5 billion software renewal business and a $80 million Professional Services P&L.
