Today’s guest is Sara Brush -- Co-Founder of The Centering Cooperative and Wellness Coach who helps people build stronger relationships with themselves, manage stress, and prioritize taking care of themselves first.

Sara has a BA in Environmental Science, an Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certification, a Desire Map & Heart Centered Facilitator License, 7+ years homeschool teaching experience, and 10+years in floodplain mapping & project management.

Sara has experienced anxiety for as long as she can remember and experienced panic attacks during times of big transition and overwhelm. We dive into her personal experience with anxiety and burnout, and share lessons around how we can conquer anxiety, find balance, and thrive holistically.
