That many women around the planet are ruminating overthinking and second-guessing themselves, we are human and we welcome all the things
the good the bad and the in-between.
And, we can work on these habits (and conditioning sometimes decades old)
as they do not serve us they hold us back from being who we truly are at a deep core level.
A reminder that nostalgia can bring us joy, and of course can be bittersweet.
A beautiful surprise encounter with an old friend reminded me of this this recently, of the connection with our past and how powerful it can be.
Memories can provide us the opportunity to heal and accept ourselves, from a more mature standpoint.
I invite you to revisit your timeline and bring love and acceptance to the experiences relationships and feelings that might benefit from your attention
The more we acknowledge the parts of ourselves we want to keep hidden the more we can build the resources and courage to be our bold badass selves!!!
