Chef Nick is the owner of Restaurant Laurel, In the Valley Cocktail Bar in South Philadelphia and Royal Boucherie in Old City. Nicholas Elmi is also the Season 11 winner of Bravo’s Television Series top chef
Nicks Restaurants have been recognized and received praise from award winning critic Craig Laban of the Philadelphia Inquirer. Chef Elmi is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, where he is now an ambassador, and native of West Newbury Massachusetts.
