Welcome to the first episode of Aligned and Powerful! In this episode I share my journey from disempowered to Powerful! I start at the very beginning of the many disempowering experienes I lived through as a child and teen. From the impossible task I was given at birth, to my parents divorce, to all the way into my high school years. I explain how most of my childhood experiences reinforced my people pleasing tendencies and behaviors and how, in my mid 20's, I began to reprogram those behaviors into much more powerful ways of being. This episode is vulnerable, emotional, and raw. My hope is that is helps you understand me, my journey and why I am so passionate about helping you step into your power.
