Ep3: The 10 Day Renunciation

In Episode 3, your host Anish talks about his recent experience with 10 Silent Vipassana. 9 days are spent in noble silence and around 10 hours of meditation a day. The retreat is setup as a strict framework to go within. The technique of meditation are regarded the purest as taught by the buddha around 2500 years ago.
As much as vipassana is a powerful technique Anish stresses the importance of having a renunciation at least once a year to Reset the body and mind without any distractions. The fruits of which are beneficial to ones spiritual growth, health, creativity, clarity of one's purpose, and relationships.
