We talked to Julia Ponsonby, Head of Food at Schumacher College, located in the south of England. In the interview, we discussed about the importance of cooking in Schumacher community life and many other topics, such as vegetarian cuisine, agroecology, sustainability, composting, mindfulness, commensality, local food, organic food, whole foods and fair trade products.
