As an adventure rider with a passion for spreading a positive image for the sport, Ron Francis created this podcast to explore Mindful approaches to riding for self-help and methods for demonstrating compassion for others through random acts of kindness.
The podcast is also inspired by Ron's experience as a Tour Guide in Rocky Mountain National Park sharing his love for adventure and Mother Nature.
