It's almost the end of the year! How's your 2022?
As a gift for you beautiful people, here's a quick chat with Rachel Gray. She is celebrating her 10th year of sobriety this year! This special episode is for all those in recovery and those who are struggling and thinking of quitting recovery. There is hope for everyone.
In today's episode of The 3-21 NoKiddin', I am joined by Rachel Gray. She is a drug and alcohol addict in the past. Celebrating her 10th year of sobriety this year, Rachel shares her recovery journey.

Everyone has a different story. Everyone has a different timeline. Some may be able to recover fast, while some are still in recovery and others are still struggling with their addiction. Please know that everyone has their own timeline. No one can dictate to you what you should be right now, what you should be doing right now, or where you are right now with your recovery. You'll get there. I know you can. We all can be there. We can recover all.
