I also take a look at the news of the day from the perspective of "what was promised". I'll do this with a particular focus on The United Kingdom, England, and Leicestershire in particular, where local issues crop up.

I recall reading somewhere that Allen Ginsberg when he lived in NYC, used to take a daily photograph of his backyard from his apartment kitchen window.
