Professor Michael Shackleton is Special Professor in European Institutions at the University of Maastricht and former Head of the European Parliament Information Office in the UK, Dr. Martyn Bond is a Distinguished Senior Fellow of Regent's University, London, and also served as Head of the EP Information Office in the UK some years earlier.
