We've been keen to head to Bacchus Brewing in Capalaba for quite some time now, to chat with owner Ross. It was worth the wait. Not only did we tour the brewery and check out their new brew kit, we got to taste some very special small batch beers, including one made from 4000 year old Egyptian yeast!
