To have a sustainable business, it's very similar to incorporating a sustainable fitness routine into your life. You have to build the foundations for both if you want them to last long term.
Today Pat and I are chatting about how systems have made a HUGE difference in her business to set this solid foundation and make all the pieces come together to create a streamlined flow that allows her to focus on coaching - why she started her business - instead of all the back end tasks and tech.
We also talk about her approach to fitness and the experiences that led her to the sustainable philosophy she coaches today!

Patricia is a Sustainable Fitness & Lifestyle Coach helps simplify fitness for perfectionist and high-achieving women. She places a lot of emphasis on daily habits, consistency and sustainability in the long term. She developed her sustainable coaching philosophy through her personal journey over the past 6 years throughout which she went from party girl to losing 10+ kg, running 16 Half Marathons and doing 2 bikini bodybuilding competitions whilst working in fast-paced 9-5 jobs in tech startups and marketing agencies.
