In Surah Al-A'raf of the Quran, Allah mentions the story of Prophet Musa (Moses) and his confrontation with Pharaoh, the ruler of Egypt. The story goes that Prophet Musa was sent by Allah to free the Israelites from the bondage of Pharaoh.
