In her 9 year journey as an empty nester, Linda has learned to navigate in a way that benefits herself [and her son] especially in the areas of self-discovery, adult child relationship and personal transformation. It is her desire to shorten your learning curve as well as the length of suffering you may experience by presenting this 'cheat sheet'!
In this episode, Linda shares with you lessons [answers] to elevating yourself to a more neutral, desirable feeling when experiencing empty nest sadness, loneliness, doubt, fear and/or uncertainty -- and welcoming a feeling of more empty nest peace, excitement and curiosity!
