Why the 4th of July is considered the birth of the United States and the start the freedom in this country

The Separation/freedom of Great Britain took place on July 2nd, 1776

The Declaration of independence was approved by congress with Thomas Jefferson as the main author on July 4th, 1776

Until today the famous location where Colonel John Nixon Read the first printed copy on July 8th 1776 is know as the Independence square.

With that I present you The National Mall (AKA America's Front Yard!)

For more than 200 years, the National Mall has symbolized our nation and its democratic values, which have inspired the world. The National Mall - the great swath of green in the middle of our capital city and stretching from the foot of the United States Capitol to the Potomac River - is the premiere civic and symbolic space in our nation.

National Mall and Memorial Parks protects the National Mall and its iconic monuments and memorials and over 1,000 acres of greenspace in Washington, D.C.. Come to visit the National Mall and stay to explore all that National Mall and Memorial Parks has to offer.

With in the national mall you have multiple monuments you could visit

At the center of it all we can start with the Washington monument measuring in at 555 ft tall

At the end there you have the Lincoln memorial

At the opposite end you have the Washington capital

To the north of the monument you have the White House

To the south of the monument you have the Jefferson memorial

Surround the mall you have multiple Museums you can see like the

National Museum of Natural history

National Archives Museum

National Gallery of Art

The Air & Apace Museum

The botanical gardens museum near the capital
