Learning to sit within your vulnerability is one of the most powerful tools you hold. The greatest teacher of your life. This lesson is here to teach you the depth in which you can feel within your soul and still be held so beautifully in your life. That within life’s biggest lessons we all have a choice to move and shift within the flow of the pain. That it’s safe to feel in the moments. That our emotions are our greatest gift for growth and deserve to be felt at any given moment. That the deeper we go the more free we feel. Vulnerability stands before you like a safe sacred space to hold you as the deep wounds show themselves. Exposed, throbbing with pain, it’s here to nurtures you.
