Good morning, Columbus! This is your weather update for today.
Buckle up for a chilly and changeable ride through the next few days. Tonight, we're looking at rain before 5 in the morning, with temperatures dropping to around 32 degrees Fahrenheit. Expect a west wind around 10 miles per hour, and there's an 80 percent chance of precipitation.
Thursday brings a slight chance of flurries around noon, with cloudy skies and a high near 35 degrees Fahrenheit. The west wind will be picking up to 14 to 16 miles per hour, so keep that jacket handy.
Thursday night, we'll see some gradual clearing with temperatures plummeting to a brisk 16 degrees Fahrenheit. Friday starts with increasing clouds and a high of 33 degrees Fahrenheit.
The weekend looks like a meteorological mood swing. Saturday will start with a mix of rain and snow, transitioning to all rain by 10 in the morning. Temperatures will climb to a mild 43 degrees Fahrenheit.
Sunday continues the precipitation party with a 70 percent chance of rain and snow, and temperatures hovering around 36 degrees Fahrenheit. By Sunday night, we'll cool down to a chilly 10 degrees Fahrenheit.
