Good morning, Chicago! This is your Weather Whisper coming to you with the latest forecast that's colder than a deep-dish pizza straight from the freezer.
Overnight, we're looking at a 50 percent chance of snow before 5 am, with temperatures dipping down to a chilly 17 degrees Fahrenheit. Expect northwest winds whipping around at 15 miles per hour, with gusts up to 25 miles per hour - so bundle up, folks!
Thursday brings a chance of flurries before 9 am. We'll start cloudy and then gradually clear up, with a high near 22 degrees Fahrenheit. It's going to be blustery with west winds between 15 to 20 miles per hour and gusts up to 25 miles per hour.
Thursday night? Mostly clear and cold, with temperatures dropping to around 7 degrees Fahrenheit. Wind chill values could feel like negative 5 degrees, so those winter layers are your best friends.
