Today I’m talking to Jessica Adams with One Sotheby’s International Realty of South Florida.
She is back on the show for her second interview, 100 episodes and just over 2 years later.
On her first interview she and I talked about How to Align with the Right People at the Right Time, as she had been a strong agent selling over $50,000,000 personally on a top team in South Florida. She had just successfully transitioned off the team and maintained trajectory.
As she returns her 2nd interview, along with 2 young children and a supportive and busy husband and renowned architect, she has exceeded over $100,000,000 in annual sales in 2021 and is on track to do it again in 2022.
