Today I'm talking to Kevin Brown with Sotheby's International Realty in New York City. Kevin is a top agent in the city and on the field team who is the top team in not only Manhattan and NYC but all of Sotheby's International Realty .
Throughout Kevin’s career he has represented buyers ranging from 4million dollars to $80 million dollars and more. In 2020 the majority of Kevin’s business was in the 10’s of millions of dollars per transaction including sales exceeding $80 million in 2021 due to COVID, NYC of all markets had shifted and was in a slump.
Despite this Kevin by the end of 2021 exceeded his sales volume in 2020. He did this selling homes between $4m and $6m.
