Today I’m talking to Craig Studnicky, the co-founder and CEO of RelatedISG in South Florida. Craig began his career in New York City in 1978. In 1984, a New Jersey native, he founded Steven Craig Realty in Atlantic City that became the city’s leader in real estate, cornering two thirds of the market. In 1992, Craig relocated to Florida to work for Ben Franklin Properties as Director of Sales. In 1994 he and Philip Spiegelman co-founded International Sales Group.
There he created the ISG World Miami Report has served as the go-to source on the state of the Miami real estate market.
In 2011 Craig and Jorge Perez, of Related Group, came together and created merger of their companies, now RelatedISG.
