Well that was gutsy! But it's true... If you've been following along, I had you do the "Wheel of Life" (a five-minute exercise from episode 15 that helps you take stock of where you are in life) and then discover your personal core values (from episode 16), which is a code of conduct, a standard of living, and what you stand for. Assuming you've done the pre-work, goal setting becomes simple, because you know what's important to you and what you want to make happen!
