Today we welcome Rashi Kakkar, Global Manager and Portfolio Lead for Leadership Development at McKinsey & Company. Rashi shares her unique journey from strategy consulting, sports management, and digital transformations to her current role in learning and development.

Together, Andy and Rashi delve into a range of compelling topics, including:
