In this episode I speak with climate activist Julie Henszey about why she is so committed to protecting the ancient forests. She shares her journey from being a supporter on the sidelines to stepping into her leadership energy which was inspired by a woman named Rainbow Eyes.

Julie Henszey is the chair of the Ventura Sierra Club as well as a community organizer around environmental justice and a sustainable planet, and a former research librarian, wilderness guide, and candidate for the Wisconsin State Senate.
