Did you know the average woman will be exposed to around 5,000 advertising messages a day? Isn’t that crazy. Many of those, of course, will be about how we should look and what we should buy in order to ‘look better’.

So it’s no wonder if, like me right now, you might not be feeling confident about how you look.

I’ve chosen these words for us today to be a powerful reminder for me and for you that you are absolutely beautiful whatever you like. Here it is and please do share it if there is another mum in your life that you that could benefit from this shift in perspective today.
