Ben Stokes played his first game of FC since 2018 and scored an incredible 161 of 88 balls including 17 sixes - a new record. Sean Dickson became the leading run scorer in the country hitting 2 more centuries and Sir Alastair Cook still has it as he became the 5th player this season to score a hundred in both innings against Yorkshire.
Middlesex might have the win of the season as they knocked off 370 in 75 overs to achieve the 8th highest run chance in County Championship history.
We also look at Kevin Pietersen's franchise cricket proposal, an issue with this year's batch of red duke balls being behind the current high batting averages and how fast do you need to be to play test cricket.
