Born in the South Bronx, William Cata has always had a passion for Hip Hop. At the age of 9, his middle brother Chris Cooper on his mother’s side wrote his first rhyme. He then gained a liking into the verbal sport which led him to writing his own music. He lived with his two older brothers, mother and step father who did reggae and would rehearse his own music at home. William would then see that aspect of music and be influenced even more. The two would often speak about God, as his step father would always teach and lead the household toward Jesus. As time went by, in the year of 2005, William’s oldest brother passed away due to gunfire. The family then relocated to Atlanta where William would then continue recording. It wasn’t much longer before he got a ticket back to New York and took his career serious as a rap artist. He would then join Militia Music, a musical family led by Cory Gunz. It wasn’t long before he met his manager at Doug E Fresh’s house in Harlem and took things further. He would now be in and out of the G-Unit office where his manager worked for 50 Cent. 50 would take a liking into his music but nothing flourished. William went by “Pop Dollarz” but soon would realize that God had something bigger in stored. A purpose that would truthfully reveal the gifts God blessed him with. He is now ready to show the world what Jesus Christ called him to do and speak the truth that the world wants to hide.
