One evening at the Wilkinson house in Greenville, Alabama, a local hotel, 26 guests became extremely ill. An investigation determined that the biscuits had been poisoned. Five people were arrested, but all the blame went to Texanna McCondico, the cook for the hotel.
Newspapers shared rumors of church involvement and a revenge plot. Texanna said it was all a mistake and she didn't know about the poison.
Did Texanna get a fair trial in Greenville, Alabama? Please tell us what you think.
