We are Paul and Jennifer Grau, the hosts of this show, and we are excited about hitting the ground running with this Brand New Podcast. We are the founding owners of Current Leadership Coaching, LLC., (or “The CLC Team”) and have been coaching and training leaders for over 60 years (combined). We have recently decided to work specifically with leaders and their teams, because we have learned this is the most effective and impactful way to create a High-Performing Team (truthfully, our experiences have revealed this is the only true way to create and sustain a High-Performing Team).
Working with and coaching leaders is amazing; we will never leave the leadership coaching/training realm. However, the leader and the team reach their highest potential levels when we work with all of them together and guide them through the process we have created to become a High-Performing Team … A high-performing team that will increase your overall Performance, Productivity, and Profitability. And when you have a high-performing team, it frees you up to make an even bigger impact in the world.

Have you ever wondered why it’s so difficult for a group of leaders to norm or be consistent? Well, it’s because every leader is unique and has their own style and way of leading their team. I use the DISC assessment with every client and team I work with and have found it to be a real game-changer for the entire team. This is certainly no different when you have a group of leaders together. In order for them to work together in unison, they have to begin by knowing each other very well. That’s where the DISC comes in, so I will mix the DISC behavioral styles in throughout this series.
I am a DISC Certified Trainer and Consultant and have worked with behavioral styles for over 20 years. I am certified through the John Maxwell Leadership Team and have worked with hundreds of teams.
