There is much to be said about 'Mental Health', however to acknowledge that we need help is the crux of a lot of problems. This episode gives you an insight into the mind and workings of an exceptionally talented therapist.

Nancy specifically works with Women of Color,who are daughters of immigrants, and has SO much valuable insight to help I her clients coping skills such as identifying and re-framing negative thoughts and how to set boundaries. And migrant, and a woman of color herself, Nancy faces a lot of discrimination too - and this gives her huge amounts of empathy, understanding and care towards this demographic.

There is a whole lot more I could say about Nancy, her work and what we talked about - but I won't.
