Episode 236: "Life! Confidence for the journey!"

Greetings, Leaders.

Envision being on the edge of your most significant accomplishments and season for growth in your life. Advance in confidence that the vision you received and believed is coming to pass.

Confidence! All things are possible to the one who believes and moves ahead, knowing they will conquer the giants of fear, doubt, and uncertainty. Great leaders move forward based on the conviction that they are on the right path, motivated with the right vision, and committed to becoming all they envision.

Great leaders are called to see more, accomplish more wondrous works, and by the truth guiding them step by step to victory!

Confidence is not an instantaneous attribute. We may look at our challenges through the mindset of feeling inadequate. Perspective is the cure for feelings not aligned with your vision and calling. The focus of faith frees us from feelings of inadequacy and liberates us to become all our calling has for us to do and become.

"Where is your faith?" is the question a great leader asks his followers during a time of crisis. The question is one of refocusing and gaining the proper perspective.

"Now faith" is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. At this moment, great leaders have self-talk to remind themselves that everything they need is available when they advance!

They are more than conquerors and victorious. How we see ourselves in the journey determines our response.

Take the time to write down five attributes that define you.

Take the time to write five victories won.

Take the time to remember on whom you relied.

Now, look again to your future, knowing that you are never alone on the journey. Expect everything you need to be already in place awaiting your arrival, anticipate the mountains to move when you advance, and prepare for wonderous works one activity at a time, day by day.

Someone once said, "If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours."

Great leaders are blessed with understanding, wisdom, knowledge, and joy when they discover victory comes in being faithful to complete activities at the moment.

Remain faithful in completing by the grace given for moment-by-moment activities. I recall a quote that says, "One who is faithful over little will be ruler over much."

What is the more wonderful opportunity ahead for you?

"Advance!" "Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged."
