This conversation stemmed from our previous discussion about innovation (https://youtu.be/Q1OhIo2d1io) when Michael Davis pointed out that it is easy to lose the contributions of people who are unwilling to "fight" for space in a conversation.
We were fortunate to have Pascal Derrien, a self-identified introvert to share his perspective and Charlie Janes to add his experience from many years of developing and leading teams.
The one huge takeaway - a good facilitator is critical and the leaders themselves are not the ideal person to facilitate.
What do you think? Particularly if you find your ideas get lost in conversations. How can it be done better?
