Maximus Resources Ltd (ASX:MXR, OTC:MXRRF) managing director Tim Wither talks with Proactive’s Tylah Tully about the company's latest updates. He detailed high-grade gold drilling results from the Hilditch Gold Deposit, including an 18-metre intersection at 3.2 g/t gold from just 13 metres depth, highlighting its shallow and economically promising nature. Wither noted that all development studies for Hilditch were now complete, paving the way for the submission of key regulatory documents like mining proposals and closure plans. The company is also advancing discussions with toll milling partners to further progress the project. Wither also shared preliminary metallurgical testing results from the Eagles Nest Gold Deposit, describing them as "robust" and detailing plans for additional drilling and metallurgical work to refine extraction processes. Drilling is expected to commence before Christmas, with significant assay results still pending from the 8500 North Paleo Channel.
