WW&T: Gratitude and Chronic pain
Manage episode 348007924 series 3360870
Happy Thanksgiving!
What are you grateful for this year?
What is gratitude, anyway? And did you know that if you had a consistent gratitude practice, it can actually have positive impacts on your chronic pain?
In this WW&T episode, I chat about what gratitude is, how it effects your chronic pain, and most importantly, how to implement a gratitude practice and what that could look like for you.
If you've ever though that this is a "corny" thing to do, or have wanted to do it but thought that it had to be some long, drawn out, ceremonial thing you had to do every day, then this is the episode for you!
I'd love to hear from YOU. What are you grateful for this year? Leave me a Comment below!!
