Leaders play a vital role in inspiring others through their example. But suppose a leader is not listening to the Holy Spirit, they risk becoming merely an influencer—whether positively or negatively—rather than someone who truly inspires others to achieve their highest potential. Good followers understand that there is enough abundance for everyone. They recognise that they do not need to compete with those around them; God has enough love and favour for us all, and He cares for everyone who trusts in Him.
