NixyPod #25 In my exploration of authentic indigenous voices around Southern Africa, I had the privilege of meeting Reuben and his wife Sharon from Citrusdal in the Western Cape.

I'm so excited to share their voices with you, as I have long waited for some genuine 'first people' stories and wisdom coming from Southern Africa! This one is a bit unconventional from my other podcasts, as i interviewed them in a different style. You may find it easier to watch the YouTube version with the sub titles.

Reuben is a chief and medicine man and passionately talks about his culture, and the local herbs he’s worked with from his own healing experiences. Reuben blends his indigenous traditions and Rasta background to live a simple life with a light footprint.
