What if your beliefs and how you feel about them are the language that speaks to the energy fields around us? It seems that our limitations often come from believing too little of ourselves. If your perception of yourself has come from what others have told you or through the way they treated you, and if it wasn't said or done in love, if it wasn't nurturing or caring, and you didn't receive it in a way that developed your trust then, can you trust your relationship with yourself? Remember, what you perceive is what you believe and what you believe becomes your truth.
Your relationship with yourself is so valuable because it determines how you perceive others and the world around you. If you have doubts, insecurities, fears, perhaps a low self-image... any belief about yourself that isn't loving and nurturing, or isn't kind an' compassionate, then it's likely you'll have developed a false belief system that's creating limitations, at least on some level. We all need to believe in something. Not only do we need to believe in ourselves, we need to believe in something bigger than what we have seen and experienced in our world otherwise it's difficult to trust in general. We need to know who we are and believe in our own human potential.
