In this episode of “My Love of Life Energy” I am speaking Al Milledge who is a contributor in the Stories from the Muses. Al is an Innate Health coach, group facilitator and creative writer. He helps professionals navigate work and relationships with more finesse, by highlighting state of mind, it is the most important variable in all of our interactions.
He has worked in the UK prison system with young men around addiction and violence, offering a fresh way to see the world and its inevitable challenges. He also works with HIV charities coaching long term diagnosed folk. He is single, lives on the south coast of the UK and will adopt a dog ‘one day’
