Hello and welcome to Hope, Healing and Love Outside the Bars. If you’re here today, I know this topic may hit close to home. Maybe you have a loved one who is incarcerated and you’re wrestling with how to forgive them for what they’ve done. Or perhaps you are a victim of someone who is behind bars, and the weight of unforgiveness feels too heavy to carry.
Let me start by saying this: You are not alone.
Struggling with forgiveness is something almost everyone faces at some point. It’s hard, it’s painful, and it’s messy. But the good news is—God sees you, and He desires to help you through this journey.
Today, in this first episode, we’re going to talk about the weight of unforgiveness. How it affects us emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and even physically.
