In this episode I discuss how to know if racing two marathons per year is a good idea or not, why you might be plateauing, experiencing unfavorable body composition changes, poor sleep, exhaustion, and losing that *spark* to your running habit. I discuss this in the context of a common pattern that I see in the running community for those trying to BQ (Boston Qualify), run consecutive Boston Marathons in a row, and get faster in the marathon in general.
